I'm selling Roland Sonic Cell + SRX-07. I like it very much but my novation sl mk2 is daying and i have to buy new keyboard.

My Summit Audio TLA-50 compressor. It sounds great (especially as a guitar preamp), but the thing clips like a mo-fo when used as an insert, and I've got a couple of compression plugins that I'm happy with.

Roland Promars to fund a Jupiter 4.

I have anyways a SH-2 which can give me those wild bass sounds the Promars makes.

I beat that thing half to death. Some of the pads don't work, the outputs are a lil gunky, the screen is dim, it's all scratched up. Lol. I've had that thing since it came out. Prob not much to salvage except the roms, which I'm putting in the replacement.

My chopping block includes ..
- Mellotron M400 - I've got two for no good reason. Keeping one because they're just a cool invention (would like a M4000D for recording).
- Roland Juno-60 - Good sound, best arpeggiator in the room. But gathering dust.
- Farfisa Compact organs (x2) - Keeping my Compact Duo, so these are redundant. I love the way the red Compact looks though.
- Simmons SDSV brain, SDS7 kit - Cool sound, but gathering dust.

Maybe ..
- Clavinet D6 - Gathering dust. Digital recreations are probably good enough, although none of mine are quite as expressive as the real thing.
- Moog Sonic 6 - Cool, lightweight, internal speakers, oddball sounds. But gathering dust.
- Gibson G-101 organs (x2) - From a big Doors phase in the past. Love the look and sound, and very unique sound .. but gathering dust.

I guess from re-reading my list above, 'gathering dust' is the main reason for selling most of these. Lately I'm more interested in actually making music than collecting / maintaining old gear.

Heading down the slippery slope called modular synthesis, I've taken a good, honest look at my gear and what I can/should sell.

Wurlitzer 200a - still need to swap out the headphone jack. I love owning it and the thought of owning a classic EP, but when I sit down at one of my two EPs, it's always the Rhodes that my fingers find.
Sub37 - My first big boy synth, but having a Mother32 now, I think I prefer the tone out of that. The Mother along with a Minimoog emulation module or two and I"m set on Moog sound - and a closer sound to the classic Moog sound at that.
Push 1 - it's sitting in the closet
BCR 2000 - I use a software editor for control of my Juno 2 now
Stanton STR8-80's and coffin case - bought as a backup for my Technics, but there's really no need to have backups if I'm not taking the Techs out of the house.

Spectralis 2, because I don't need it.

Moog sub37. It's been repaired twice. Get rid of it while it still works. I want a sequential multitrak instead.

I might be interested in those Microlimiters...

I am selling my Casio VZ-1. Just got a VZ-10m to replace it with over the weekend.

Pickups, a few pedals etc to fund a Focusrite ISA Two. Not the most popular choice I suspect but its a solid upgrade over existing at a very cost effective price. Plus it has switchable inserts for a comp or EQ if I want that going in.

I've thought about it a few times over the time I've had it, but watching the videos - I never thought it would jive with me.

I know many love it, but I'm quite happy using my MPC at the moment for sequencing and sampling duties.

It always takes me a while to get around to selling gear mostly because I generally research what I buy for a long while before hand so picked it for a reason but sometimes things just don't fit work flow or there is too much overlap. So I've finally committed to getting rid of my Sixtrak, Korg esx, volca keys, shruthi smr4 mkII, Focusrite compounder, Electrix filter factory, Monome 64, and Push 1. Still undecided on the MEK.

My System 1m. I like it, but I find I mostly use it as a System 100 plug out synth and I have that in software that's easier to edit. I'll probably replace it with another Mother 32 or Erebus.

With great sadness I have to sell my kiwisixed Polysix after months of refurbishment and calibration work. It's been a great ride and I learned tons working on it. Now it's as good as new but I literally don't have space to keep it and instead bought a more compact OB-6, so I need to recoup the investment. Bittersweet goodbye to a good, very much understated machine.

I never sell. So I don't even think about it.
