I'd love De-Resonate in Slick EQ M too. People wouldn't be forced to use it if they didn't want to, but it'd be great to have it as another option. Having said that, I'm wondering if Slick EQ M may not have narrow enough Q bands to implement that algorithm properly.
We'll probably add deresonate to SlickEq M, too.

1. Can you add the version number and update date to the "Library" section of Customer Area? If I don't keep up with Gearslutz and KVR, or just miss an update, I have no way of knowing. It would be nice to see "oh, version 1.2 was released on November 14, I better download that."
Oh this is a very good idea. I could even keep track of the customer's last downloaded version. I'll add version numbers into library soon.
But don't forget the "Auto Update Check" feature under Settings! It's disabled by default for max privacy. It informs you when you're not up to date. The advantage for us is that it works across multiple computers, without having to memorize numbers.

2. Can you add version numbers to the zip/package file names? I put all my installers into a TDR -> PluginName folder on my HD, and this would be the easiest way for me to determine what the current version I have installed is while not risking overwriting a prior installer. I've had to rollback once or twice, so having the version number in the file names would really dummy-proof that process for me and ensure I don't miss a step.
That's something I'm a bit unsure about. I'll have to check our shop's code first.
Have you ever tried working with mercurial (or git)? It's not for the faint hearted, but exactly what we are using to version our thousands of files in a safe and easy to navigate manner, including recall/revert of any previous state, across teams. This is what IT ppl use to structure their chaos, and should work perfectly well for file versioning. Simply ignore the installers and put your plugins folders under version control. You can then revert any file, any time to any version.
Check out Mercurial:
