I mean, it's possible. I was using it and it was sounding great, then from one take to the next it "reverted" to the issues that are in the recording, which are what I was getting back in the early summer, before I had cleaned it.
It's completely possible that I messed it up when cleaning it, but I'm not super experienced and don't know much about how to troubleshoot these specifics. It's not an expensive enough mic to warrant paying for repairs, but if there's some stuff to try, I'm open to suggestions.
Would it be reasonable to think that there could have been dampness sealed in there somehow that jarred loose after a few months? Is that along the lines of what that might sound like?
