Superlux HI10 mic: how to open the capsule?

Hi got the Superlux HI10 mic.
I wanted to open it, in order to see if possible to make some mod.

But, there are 3 wires are connecting the capsule. So I wanted to open the capsule as well (I mean: dismounting it from the body) but I'm not able and I no want to destroy it.

Do you have nay suggestions please?

A friend is just about to buy one of these Mic's,
Is it any good?,

Surprisingly they are really working fine.
My need was just to be able to use their body with my own electronics and analyse their capsule for this purpose.

However it was not wanted because they are working badly.
