Recently i became more interested in this particular area (but am rather clueless bout some basics still), so i'm wondering is anyone here into this? I'd have a number of rather basic questions (i do understand the goals, but implementation in real life not quite), so let me know if you are into it

Orr, it would be also nice to point me to a good resources direction, so i can explore on my own. So far, i googled a lot, but yet failed to get a grasp on some fundamentals.

Best advice--join the Facebook VR group. The field is a really fast moving target right now, and some very power users post there about new apps and techniques all the time.

thanks mate! I already got into some FB360 group, but all the talks there are still a bit ahead of my knowledge, so i thought this would be the place with more relaxed atmosphere If you have some particular group to recommend, i'd hit it as well.

Also, get a copy of the Facebook Spatial Audio Workstation (it's free) and play around with it.

wow guys, u gave me a lot of brain food, thanks. I'll check out all the links, and i'm a step away from signing in AES, for those reasons (good to know there is relevant data there)
I watched previous Oculus seminars, and however inspiring they might be, they still skip some first practical steps. I downloaded their SDK and started playing around with him, so am already more familiar now.

btw, is anybody familiar with Fraunhofer's Cingo ? Is it also available to try ? I do like Oculus one, but still i'm not completely overwhelmed with its spatialization realiity (great for left/right, but not so convincing in Up/Down and Front/Back positions)
What are your thoughts on this? Which one sounds the most convincing to you?
