I am using Cubase 14 pro. Mac Studio M1 Max- 32 gigs ram
I updated Waves, I-Lock, Softube, Soundtoys, Toontrack
I think I’m up to date with
Apogee, Pulsar
Cubase crashed three times yesterday-
Random stuff- clicking on the right locator to type in a value was one.
I did not see a blacklisted plugin-
Anyone have issues like this?

I have Cubase 14 Pro running on my pro built 13900K PC workstation.

I also have it running on my new 16” MBP M4 Max.

I must say I’ve found it to run like a dream on my PC …. absolutely perfectly - stable as a rock.

On my new MBP - mmmh pretty buggy to be honest some sudden instant quits!

I’m not very impressed and not very surprised.

Logic 11 on the other hand is running very well and I’m not very surprised.

Cubase still feels like a PC first app.

Hopefully things will improve with some Cubase updates for the OSX side though to be honest I use my PC system when I’m using Cubase.

You may be onto something with the PC first bit! Logic has been stable for me- but Flex Pitch is something I am not loving- whereas Variaudio is excellent. Cubase really is a great piece of software but at some point, we have to factor in ease of process as well as features, etc...

I may have neglected to restart after updating Waves and Softube plugins. I could not get Cubase to crash last night so I think that may help explain

Not sure- possibly Sound Toys plugins
