Split Master Channel in Cubase

Hey guys I've met a guy who had a great master chain in ableton.
Can you tell me how to route like this in Cubase or is there any Plugin out there.
He uses an rack in ableton where the master splits into 4 channels.

1 master
2 mid master
3 side master
4 crushed master

Going Back to the Master Channel

Make 4 group channels with those names and send those to the master output

send every channel to those 4 group channels with the direct routing function (and summing 'on')

Easy and takes less than a minute to set up.

Since I discovered the summing option on the direct routing tab I use it all the time for parallel paths.
