im having massive problems with sampletank 4 it constantly crashing cubase 12.
i can load it up on a channel and not even record it or touch it but as soon as i create a new channel the pop up appear and then cubase crashes.
i dont know why its doing it it was ok before but not now..can anyone help?

Did you install a new Cubase patch or update? Perhaps try also reinstalling SampleTank and re-scanning libraries paths. I use it and its solid -- but I am not on C12 yet.

what version of sampletank 4 are you using?

latest version patched.

Ik contacted me there was issues with librarie paths. Weird one but done as they said and just used it no crashes this tiI’ve fingers crossed it ok now

When I've had crashes with SampleTank 4 it was either a faulty/partial installation, or duplicate library paths (for example when moving the sample library from C: to a different drive and having both locations in the library).

its been working fine since i redid my libary paths.
open sampletank in standalone mode and check your libary paths and the install paths in the ik multimedia authorization app..sometimes they can be different which then causes problems because you might have duplicate products and you might have some products installed on different drives..since i installed a large drive and just had my ik products on it and changed install paths on some products its been ok..

im also using cubase 12.50 for me its been really stable not installed 12.60 because its not offering anything that i need and could cause probs.
