Are there UV-lights that emits almost no visible light?

Yes. I'm not sure if they're still available, new, but Wildfire UV fixtures have a very high UV output and minimal visible light. They take a while to warm up, though. Rosco also makes a Miro Cube UV fixture that is MUCH smaller, produces only slightly more visible light, and has great UV output.

I use LED fixtures with 18x18w 6-way elements, one of which is UV only, so ~3w consumed per fixture. Very little dim purple if it's the only element lit. I use six, and they will light up any florescence pretty bright. They're less than $100 each in the US, I bet you can find something similar locally.
