I already provided proof. LOL If you don't want to look at it, then that's on you.
You haven't provided anything other than random quotes and unsubstantiated opinion.

If you're such an expert, feel free to post some of your mixes for critique.
Most acousticians are not mix engineers, nor should they be - they're experts in their field. I don't get what your point is?

So then tell me what the ideal situation is? There's a lot of studios in new york city, and they have different acoustic designs. They can't all be of equal ability to translate correct? Or no?
- there are many different philosophies on control room design. At the low end - you're just trying to make something that's usable (see someone like Philip Newell's books). At the high end, you've got established designers with their own philosophies and designs (Sam Toyishima (have I spelt that right)? Northward Acoustics etc) who build high end rooms with high budgets.
- different people like different things. Different people like different speakers. A perfectly flat, dead room isn't very inspiring. But a consistent room with a level bass end and a decent reverb response with no flutters is inspiring.

See how easy that is?
Exactly.

Show me the science that says a small treated room is better than a large untreated room with superior dimensions. LOL
Personally, I did a university course to understand this. So if you're actually interested, you can do the same.
Once you understand the principles of acoustics (the text book is F. Alton Everest's "Principles of Acoustics" as it happens...!) it's simple maths.
It's also common bloody sense. Go mix in a hall with an RT60 time of 4 secs and see how easy it is.
Go mix in a small bedroom with a lumpy response.
Get rid of some of the lumps in the bedroom with basic treatment.
At this point - you're really trolling. You have zero clue about what you're talking about, but instead of learning from those who do, you're arguing.
Clueless.
Pointless.
Waste of everyone's time, including your own.

You are, again, making an emergency reroute into a much more complicated comparison.
Why would anyone take your latest request as a serious concern in this thread?
I don't think anyone on the forum is taking him seriously anymore. If they ever did. Certainly no-one on this thread is!
