I'm lookingn for a pair of vocal mics, Do you know alternatives to neumann tlm 103 with the same quality and price?

Gefell M 930 (or M 930 Ts if you like the transformer sound - but a bit more).

The M930 would have been my pick. Only about a $75 difference.

But the M930 is not that much different from the TLM 103 - it's very close in price.

And I did say you pay more for the transformer in the Ts version.
