this is super bangin, dang Dre makes nice beats... will be my most anticipated album in a real long time, probably ever.

About to listen now, best news though is that if this is the first single to Detox, which his Snoop collabos usually are, then Detox must be on its way soon.

When Still Dre was released, 2001 came right after, and same for G Thang and the Chronic.

Not a fan of Akon, but Dre can make anyone sound dope so we'll see....

yeah, I agree Akon needs to go, but with Nate Dogg's poor health it seems Dre maybe has chosen Akon to fill that role on the album, but I hope I'm wrong. There are a lot of other hip hop singers WAY better than Akon.

Why not Kokane or Bilal?

I always hated Akon's average monotone voice that sounds the same on everything and its hard to like a dre track with him on it. Like when a player joins oyur favorite sports team that you never liked on ther teams, makesit hard to root for your team, lol.

Mhzz I don't know. I do like it. And it isn't compressed to death! my dbFS meter is reading -12dbFs RMS to -2.5dbFs Peaks... And it bangs like a m*f* on my speakers.

Like previously mentioned,they could have done without Akon ad the dreaded Auto Tuned vox.

It's an alright track. I guess with how horrible music is right now...it will surely sell. Nothing innovative about this track though. Would have expected more after all this time. Dre's famous for changing the game...maybe he's all out of new ideas OR maybe he should have held on to Scott Storch.

does anyone knows how to generate that type of tail on the kick drum ? i have some sample like this from various drum library but never was able to generate one like it. is it reverb ?
