Hello my fellows musicians/producers and audio/gear lovers. I’m needing some advice. My hobby is my home studio, but my actual job which is in the healthcare system demands me something where I think you could guide me through. It’s very specific and I’ve seen many options but I want to know what you think could be the easiest and cheaper way to do this

I need a realiable system for patient’s awake surgery performed by fellow neurosurgeons, I need the patient to talk through a microphone (which will be placed under the drapes) when they are commanded to and this audio signal has to be recieved in the headphones of many participants of the whole process (Nuerosurgeons, assistants, nurses neuropsychologists, etc), to enhance the feedback by all the surgical team. I’ve seen some devices like tourists systems, but I might be needing something more accurate perhaps.

Can you help me with this?
