Man... I remember this happening in Cubase 20 years ago, it was a pain. I’m using Studio One Pro now, didn’t think this still happens.

Need help!
I had a song with a pretty big track count and liked the mix enough to mix it down and then put vocals over the mixdown. After I mixed the track down, I did a different arrangement of the stereo track, cutting and moving parts around. Then we started putting vocals over the new version.

Some where along the way, I renamed the project where I did the new arrangement. Now, the files are missing in both projects, included the new project with vocals.

I’ve tried the locate missing files option but can’t seem to find these files. I’m missing a step somewhere. Any ideas?!

I’m bumping, was hoping to get this fixed tonight.
