Bought it. After a few hours with it I gotta say it works great, but not exactly as I was thinking it would - let me explain. First I threw it over the whole multitracked drums ... to discover I had too little trouble with phase as to justify it.

Cancellations were about 1-2 db where it mattered and depending on when I engaged "analyze" it was nearly every time a bit more focused in the stereo picture.. but also losing punch = the cure worse than the disease. My bad. I came to the conclusion my tracks were decent enough and then I focused on overheads versus snare mic (top/bottom) or snare top versus bottom or room versus overheads .. and that sounded fine to me. Then the usual suspects like D.I. versus mic and these simple tasks it fixed perfect, without me sitting for a few minutes and trying to find the sweet spot on a typical phase tool. Thumbs up for a good and friendly priced plugin!
I got to have a few more rounds of messing about with it - working in Logic it says in the manual it should be the last thing in the chain. I'm curious if the latency compensation in Logic will introduce any offset in relation to other tracks - call me paranoid, but I rather check stuff to make sure as there are a few things where Logic still gets funny. (Logic 6.4.1 on one machine, 8 on another)
Folks: until the end of november Meldaproductions have a sale for certain plugs.
