7th Heaven Pro is dedicated to the M7-based FIRs, with an intuitive, directly related user-control.
Rev3 has the same FIRs in the M7 pack and more, but also more general control. The two aren't directly comparable in this respect at first glance, but there are similarities that give Rev3 some advantages even with the M7 FIRs, depending on what you want access to.
In addition, instead of just one, Rev3 has dual reverb engines, along with a flexible delay for each (with tempo sync), chorus for each, and the mix.
Rev3 has control over the start, length, ER/LR balance, EQ and a bit more - for each Reverb/IR. It does not have variable ER patterns, but the two engines can function as a more flexible alternative. It is for me at least.
Rev3 is also lighter on cpu usage in Nuendo that I expected. If you want a lot more control over sculpting the sound, mixing IRs and FIRs, alternate stereo/true stereo routing options, as well as the option to add fx for creative uses, Rev3 is well worth it.
Seventh Heaven's FIRs are built into its presets, and limited to the included set, where Rev3 can load IRs and FIRs manually (i.e. you can load 44k or 96k IRs/FIRs).
