I've been beta testing this one and it has become my main plugin equalizer since the first stable releases were available. It's obviously a great sounding equalizer as one would expect from TDR but feature wise it's the most perfect plugin I could hope for. This has surpassed EQuilibrium for me, the ability to set filters for both L-R and M-S simultaneously is unique and a true time saver.
LR/MS implementation is one of the most innovative designs I've ever seen. Heavy breathing. Wow! No, I don't need another EQ. But I don't care. This is completely different kind of sluttyness - proudly digital. Congrats!
Seing a couple of bugs/interface issues:
1. If you sweep bell +8dB auto scaling freq response display jumps arround arround 220Hz
2. Gains sometimes stick to +5dB, turning it to +8dB jumps them back
3. Dynamic help mode is a bit messed up, text over text..
As a beta tester, I want to say, this thing rules! On my master buss already for my next production, doing some narrow cuts and wide boosts.. it sounds phenomenal. The workflow is awesome as well!

Any chance of adding nodes for each band to the graph so there isn't so much clicking/mousing necessary? I love these in Nova and it just seems logical to have them on a graphical, on-screen UI.
No it doesn't. On most other equalizers you need to choose the mode you're working on, be it M/S or L/R. Including Pro-Q2.
With SlickEQ M you don't need to do that, you can act on M/S/L/R at any time and on any band. It's really clever and useful, it's also one of many great things SlickEQ M has.

I'm enjoying that feature since the release of Acon Digital Equalize. It's indeed very clever and useful!
Congrats to TDR for releasing the SlickEQ Mastering Edition, it looks stunning and I'm definitely going to try it out as soon as I'm back in the studio!
And while it's very easy/intuitive to use, it REALLY pays off to read the manual as it contains a LOT of valuable information to help you get the most out of it.

It isn't exactly the same thing. With SlickEQ M you can on the same plugin instance have one band with different gains on all M/S/L/R simultaneously. On Acon, from what I'm seeing, you can't.
I might be wrong but I don't know of any tool that has similar features and works in the same way SlickEQ M works. It is really unique, useful and well thought.

Oh nice. I often grab ToneBoosters EQ as a utility eq as it has functionality to do L/R/M/S on separate bands. But for a mastering EQ this is lovely.
