Vinyl-like noise plugin

Usually people look for noise reduction plugins, but I have the opposite need.
I'm looking for a free plugin that, from time to time, adds irregular noises like an old cassette or damaged vinyl playing, in order to give a '50s flavor to an audio track.
I don't think a white noise generator can work because the noise is continuous.
Any suggestion?

XLN Retro Color RC 20 is excellent. It goes on sale fairly regularly.

If you really want a vinyl.

Not a fancy style toy, but a complete physical model. Yes, it has noise and hum modeling too, just as different pickups.

Others sounds like a toy compared to it. You can use it in demo mode without time limitation or any restrictions besides no preset saving.

Did you Google free vinyl plugin ? These things are everywhere, and in the Reaktor user library if you have that.

You might need to jbridge or use a wrapper to load these if your DAW no longer supports 32bit plugins.

Would be interesting to find vinyl videos on youtube and just sample and build up your own library of sounds.

Thanks all for the replies. Yes, I did a Google search but found noise generator plugins, not exactly a vinyl-like plugin.
I used the mentioned Izotop Vinyl and the end result was quite convincing.
