I could never sleep normal hours. I would usually go until I am nearly falling unconscious- then often go s'more.
I cut out sugar entirely. I'm baking sweets, making my own soda, ice cream, with homemade fruit syrup. Better than anything you can buy. Cut down the bread and carbs, baking a lotta stuff with nut and seed flour. I still eat real bread sometimes. No processed foods or unholy ingredients. Lotta free range meats, bacon, steaks, cheese. And I eat/drink nothing but water from 9pm to 9am. All day Sunday I cook for the week, I enjoy it, so do my friends and family. I feel like I'm 25, weigh about as much, skin problems gone, stomach problems gone. And I can sleep a full 8 hours. Can't remember ever doing that. Fell into it naturally.
