Hi all! I currently have a MY16 AUD Dante-expansion card installed in my Yamaha M7CL console. These cards are supposed to be expandable by installing another card. The AUD card is out of production and has been replaced by the AUD2 card.
So the question is, are these two compatible? Can I buy an AUD2 card to go along with my AUD to record 32 channels simultaneously?

yes, you can. The only difference between the two cards is that the old card is restricted to sample rates 48k/96k while the new one can also handle 44.1k/88.2k.
