There have been a lot of posts on here lately that really are kind of silly, dumb and pointless**.

How come when I search for some stuff and it shows up on google and its a thread of 15 or more years old and its a fascinating thread with very long posts and very informative and highly focused. Where did all those guys go? I don't see any activity from some of those posters anymore?

** (I mean really, is someone in 20 years really gonna read how much you liked the year 1984 when you were young and energetic and how great you think a tape cassette sound was?)

But to be serious I think its a global trend thats been going on since a couple of years now.
Maybe a collective burn out or something.

cool guys are still at it. Just you dont recognize them anymore.

For instance the other day I came up with the perfect musical geometry.
You can build instruments, resonators, concert halls, churches based on this.
Time machines and space drives, I guess.

i like the synths in that tune. the drums are pretty dull, but the synths are pretty exciting.
