Your question is confusing, but regardless, every jack on every Volca (Sync in, Sync out, Audio out) is a 3.5mm TRS jack.

i have gotten a volca sample to go with my bass.

how does the set up go with two volcas and the belkin 5-way? i am a little puzzled. what extra cables do i need?

The Belkin is 3.5mm, designed for headphones (ie stereo), and the output from the Volca is stereo and 3.5mm.

I'm not into wood end cheeks myself, but this person is selling them for the Volcas.

It could look much more impressive with different stain. I'm not a fan of the color at all. The natural oak thing just isn't doing it for me. Maybe a dark stain with a glazed finish would be more appealing.

I haven't messed around to much with my Volcas. But i did take out my Keys the other day and paired it with my AnalorgRytm and i had a lot of fun just tweeking that little thing. I ran them both through some basic effects in Logic and it was on.

I see. I was only thinking about gigs. Yes, it would be cool to have a little bag for taking a Volca on the bus. Maybe improve on the TB/TR bags by adding padding. I'm surprised this doesn't already exist in Japan.

Do most of you just sequence the Volcas from another sequencer/DAW besides just making one bar loops with the Volca's internal sequencer?

Just remembered that the Volca Keys can actually do 1, 2 or 4 bars.

with the bass at least there is always a blip, can't get a perfect non-stop loop without the sound re starting at the start of the bar again...

Yes, you can slow down by 1/2 or 1/4.

This really made me consider getting volca sample. I find anything having to do with organizing files on ios to be a pain!
If i'd bite i'd go for the 99euro version. I tried the demo and multi-sampled my system-1. A little bulky with small windows not using full screen but it worked.

What's been holding me back from buying a volca sample has been the transfer of samples. Too much work and i won't do it.. and for the volca to be worth the price i will have be wanting to do it - otherwise it would just be a rompler instead of a trompler(tm) (transfer-rompler)

that said.. a volca sample isn't THAT far away from an electribe S ... damn these days when we're so spoiled with options!

I'm really happy about this product and I don't have any issues with it.
However I just wanted to throw in a simple suggestion that could massively improve the machine's capabilities.

It's possible to play melodies with a keyboard modulating the sample playback speed, however the default stepping of the parameter is not in semitones.
What would be nice was if in the general options it was possible to change the default stepping to semitones.
This would also allow with the help of other software the volca sample to play nine voice poliphonies!
It would be really nice if this was achievable with an easy firmware update..

What do you guys think? I love the sounds the volca sample can make when you start looping sections of waveforms, effectively turining it into a gritty wavetable synth..
