I am looking to work with a female vocalist for my songs. It’s super easy work, because I only need a couple of sentences per track.

I sent out requests to about 5 female vocalists on Airgigs and gave them a sample of what I’m working on. I have the lyrics written, I even recorded the vocal with my voice and transformed it to female with AI so they have a reference.


So far 3 have responded, the rest have not. Those that responded, I haven’t heard back after sending them the song demo. It’s easy money, shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to record with retakes. The total length of the vocal is only 30 seconds or less….

You WOULD THINK they would be all over the chance to make some easy money. I can’t get anyone else to respond. I mean, even if I hired them to just scream for 10 seconds for $100… why would anyone turn down the opportunity? It’s like they don’t want to make money. I don’t get it. Money is money.

I’ve used vocalists via the fiverr site and was happy with the responses and what was delivered. Might be worth trying there.

Maybe old-school, but I find a lot of musicians and singers by Facebook. There are still a lot of lively groups dedicated for singers wanted
