Rockwool developed a smell
Hello everyone,
My acoustic panels made of rockwool developed a weird dusty/musty odor throughout the years. I have panels made by 2 separate companies and both of them got a smell. I opened them up to see if there's anything suspicious like mold but there's nothing out of the ordinary. The other weird thing is that i have a couple of panels covered in leather. I opened those up as well and they didn't have any smell at all, so only the textil wrapped one's smell. Any idea what could it be?
