The Octatrack is a new type of sampler, that is based around the performance, when building, and playing a song. It offers 8 tracks whereon audio can be positioned, mixed, moved around on the time grid, and treated with the crossfader, real time time-stretching and pitch shifting. There are built in effects as well.

Has anybody done the Elektron Octatrack MKII yet? If not I will attempt to do this test myself. Am using OSX Ventura 13.5, hopefully there's a Mac option to the test.
There’s no way human hearing can go beyond the zyquist range, right guys? Right!? Haha! Apparently, cd quality is the best we can hear, and the Octatrack has that in spades. Honestly though, absolutely nothing wrong with the sound on my Digitakt mk1.
