Northern Wind – Simple & Peaceful Orchestral Music

Hi all! Calm your minds and forget your worries. With this piece I’d like to say I tried to capture the sound and the feeling of the cool autumn wind. The arrangement is predominantly strings with a touch of the woodwinds ands some solo strings here and there. I hope you like it.

Is that Mellotron Strings? Then possibly a real violin joins later (when it gets Barber-ish)? Different sample anyway.

Reminded me of a sort of Ambient Elgar (not sure that's a bad thing). What was primary reverb?

Your painting makes me think of Van Gogh or Renoir (again that's not bad either!)

Overall I enjoyed it and respect for sticking up some music for us to "judge".
