Hello, I just recently finished doing a rough mix and master of my first EP. I am doing this all on my own and I need any advice or criticism at all. I'm open to anything and only want honesty to make it as good as I possibly can. Please take the time to listen, I've put a lot of love into this. I use Cubase Pro 9.5, Getgood drums by Nolly Getgood, Direct bass and guitars using Waves GTR amp simulator, and Haliosonic 3 synth plugin stock from Steinberg. I'm also using some waves plugins, slate Virtual Mix Rack and a some other stock plugins. If you guys need to know anything else at all to help get a better picture please let me know.
P.S. in case you guys worry, I already got the music copyrighted just in case.

Well I thought that was ace! Really tasty playing and tones. I would offer you more critique but I got lost listening to it I like the fact it's more Plini than Animals as Leaders, really pearly tones and some really great hooks. The only thing that caught my ear when listening that took me out of my enjoyment bubble was going from the first song to the second song, the second song had the snare a bit furthur back and more ambient, compared to the other songs, so it kind of stuck out to me (but again that's listening to it after the first song where you've established the modern djent drum sound. Also add to the fact that I'm a drummer I'm likely going to latch on to that in a way that others may not) All in all I thought that sounded pretty polished and the songs came across as exiting and inspired, others may be along with some more technical critiques that you want, but as a listen through to fresh ears I thought the mixes were good enough that I forgot about the technicalities and just enjoyed the music.
