I don't know of any multi-driver headphones that do accurate surround (I haven't really looked).
Personally, the difference I really experienced mixing on speakers compared to headphones, is the ability to turn your head and localize things in the room. Since your head/ear shape really cannot accurately localize things behind and above you, that is the best way to experience an Atmos mix, which is to be able to "move around" in it.
For that reason, I would look into head tracking hardware. There are headphones here which has the head tracking built-in:

I haven't used either, but I've been interested in trying the Tupperware hardware and heard good things about it.
