Chauvet RH1 Hybrid Gobo turning off randomly
I have a gobo that keeps turning off sporadically or just won’t turn on. We use a software called Vista 3 by Chroma-Q. We’ve tried turning it on all the way bright, putting motion effects on it, making it flash, and putting different wheels on it, as well as leaving it on for a long period of time with all these things going on. We have yet to force it to cut out, so we can’t pin point when or why it’s shutting off. Any help? I don't want to pay an expensive bill to get it fixed if it’s something simple.
