Need a Bigger Truss Clamp

I need to hang 7 lights from a truss that is too thick for our clamps. It's a 2.5" Outer Diameter. I'm really in a bind figuring this out. Does anyone have ideas of what I can do short of trying to put in a replacement truss pipe?
