I want to keep my outboard options to stuff that can't be found in plugins/aren't clones, and there's multiple options for all the other compressor types seemingly except for FET.

Most of them are 1176 clones, and the only ones I know of that aren't that don't exist in plug-in form are:

- Looptrotter Emperor
- David Evans Audio GB-1 (Gain Brain-type) (there is a Gain Brain plug-in from Antelope Audio but that seems tied to hardware)
- Overstayer FET
- Drawmer 1978

I'm sure to be missing some (hence this thread), but feel free to drop any other ones here, and the more character they have the better!

After MANY years of use, still digging my Daking FET II.

Capi fc526 is FET, and its sort of inbetweem an1176 and api. I dont think there are any plug ins, or other units entirely like it.
