Gearslutz wants to know: what is your favourite product that Behringer makes?
“Gearslutz wants to know...”
Nomination stage
When it comes music & audio there is never a ‘one-piece-of-gear-fits-all' solution, but we'd like to point Gearslutz readers looking for answers in a good direction. To do this we need this community's help suggesting their recommendations.
Today we’d like to ask our members: what’s your favourite Behringer product? Love it or hate it, most studios seem to have at least one piece of Behringer gear that they use.
Simply type in your suggestion and post!
Nominations run for 30 days and then we compile the results into a poll to shortlist Gearslutz’ most popular. Join in!
V-Verb is the best piece of B gear that I own. I keep it in my rack with two Lexicon units and it holds its own. The fact that it has AES ins/outs for about $100 has always amazed me. Had it a different brand name it would be a classic.

In this "nomination" you do not specifically ask for products still being in production. Correct ?
Quite like the RX1602. There are almost certainly better line mixers out there, but for sub-mixing a bunch of keyboards (for example) in a minimum amount of space and for the price it's not a bad bit of kit at all. I'm not using it at the moment, but still have one squirrelled away on a shelf somewhere.
Out of the ones I've owned and operated, x32 and v-verb. In that order.
X32 is just plain good.
V-verb could be great if there would not be those hot glue and quality issues. When it works, it puts a smile on my face. The other fx in my rack are 224, h3000 and m5000. The v-verb puts up a good enough fight to stay in the rack.
I thought we hated behringer. This place is getting soft.
behringer ultravoice xm8500 was ok. i sold all my mics back then and decided to rip it apart cause it was too cheap to be worth selling. those xlr wires are on there pretty good lol. you can use it with a noisy behringer mixer!
Behringer Powerplay P16-M and Behringer Powerplay P16-I , amazing pieces of equipment, we have 6 of them and they're working everyday for the last 2 years, nothing ever broke, super reliable
