However there is not a lot of real content above 10kHz, so I relaxed a bit.
I found the article interesting as it suggest that the prolonged exposure to higher frequency may be causing significant damage to younger folk who have always had it available to them.
Us old types were rarely exposed to much until the digital noise became noticeable. I really value that for decades I took care of my ears and when people like Spike S play out at 100dB+ I leave the room (and sadly learn no secrets from a mixing master.)
I could go blind and never talk again (quiet at the back!) but if the hearing went I just don't know....
