I demoed this against all my favorite reverb and delay plugins and it blew most of them away completely. The depth and density is unreal. The modulation and saturation capabilities also add some great toneshaping options

I've got some convolution based verbs that also sound nice but a couple of instances completely decimate my cpu while this barely makes a dent. I could easily use 20 of these in a single session. Not sure what kind of coding wizardry is going on here, but its next level

Been using Pulsar p900 for a few years new and was always shocked at how much more lifelike it sounded compared to my other softsynths. Thrilled to be able to use it's internal fx on other sources now.

Pulsar Modular is definitely a company to watch. Highly recommend.

Lunar Lander is a toolbox of ambience and vibe. It contains probably the most authentic analog BBD (bucket brigade device) delay, three types of plate reverb, and a Class A or A/B output stage.

The analog delay has all the warm, warble-y (if you want it), and dirty repeats as well as the features to control it. Modulation controls help you dial in movement, Sync of course does what it says, and the BBD control takes you from an ultra clean repeat to a very vintage greasy saturation. It is hard to tell this from my actual high dollar analog units. Being that Pulsar Modular regularly update their plugins and add features, I'm personally hoping for Ping Pong delay to be added.

The plate reverb is lush and there are three variations. It has a bandpass EQ feature which will narrow the response. If I had a complaint, it would be that it would benefit from separate high and low controls. The character of the reverb is superb and I use it all the time on guitar and drums. The stereo field is great and it adds a lot of depth and vibe.

The output section adds subtle saturation from either Class A or A/B options. I use it to add warmth and color as though I was running my signal into a tube stage or amp. Overall, I'd recommend this as a first venture into Pulsar Modular plugins. P42 Climax being my favorite.

Lunar Lander is used all over these tracks (along with Pulsar Modular's P42 Climax and P914 Fixed Filter Bank):

Lunar Lander has a very impressive sound quality and liveliness, and can make things sit just right.

You can use either the delay or reverb individually and of course together with ability to swap and put reverb first if you wish. It's pretty flexible, some hidden controls allow to go deeper in setting the reverb.

The delay is fantastic and can get very dirty sounding. It blends into a mix really nicely. I agree with another reviewer about having ping pong as an option, and maybe I'm being greedy, having dual delay lines with this sound would be really nice.

The saturation is a great feature, and is as you expect from Pulsar Modular, excellent sounding.

I have being trying out my existing reverbs and demoing some trying to find something that can replicate my Midiverb II on drums and percussion.. many can get fairly close but fail because they sound dead compared to the hardware... The reverb in Lunar Lander is the one I have gotten closest with, because it feels alive and has that dimension.

Highly recommended!

One of the nicest sounding space boxes on the market. Did a great job in cleaning my delay and reverb plugins folder. Can be used for subtly blending or can go full BOC mode with very dense ambience. Have built-in saturator and ducker. Reverb and delay positions in chain can be swapped. Plate reverb 3 sounds so freaking smooth.

Of course, PM plugins seems expensive these days, but some of them already saved me a lot on buying new toys. Who need another 50 bucks saturator, when you have P42?

As a singer-songwriter guitarist who enjoys adding creative effects to my recordings, I've spent some time with Pulsar Modular's P930 Lunar Lander. I was also very fortunate to be a part of the beta team for this. It's a delay and reverb plugin with a focus on creating unique spatial effects, and here's my take from a hobbyist perspective:

What is it?
The P930 Lunar Lander isn't just another delay or reverb. It combines both with a focus on creating unusual and evolving spatial textures. It's designed to go beyond traditional delay and reverb sounds, offering features like granular processing, pitch shifting, and modulation to create otherworldly soundscapes. It also, which is what I like it for the most, provides saturation, which is taken from the P42 circuit.

What I like:
* Unique spatial effects: This is where the Lunar Lander truly shines. It can create complex and evolving spatial textures that are unlike anything I've heard in other delay or reverb plugins.
* Creative sound design possibilities: The combination of delay, reverb, granular processing, pitch shifting, and modulation opens up a wide range of sound design possibilities. You can create everything from subtle ambience to dramatic, evolving soundscapes.
* Intuitive interface: Despite its complexity, the interface is well-designed and relatively easy to navigate. The controls are clearly labeled, and the visual feedback is helpful.
* Versatile applications: While it's great for creating ambient textures, the Lunar Lander can also be used for more traditional delay and reverb effects, albeit with a unique character. The ducking feature is definitely a plus. It’s so flexible in its application. You can use it in various ways such as Reverse Duck etc. It also has Ratio and Release controls.

How I use it:
* Adding ambience to vocals and acoustic guitar: I've used the Lunar Lander to create subtle ambient textures that add depth and space to vocals and acoustic guitar tracks.
* Creating interesting guitar textures: By combining delay, reverb, and granular processing, I can create unique and evolving guitar textures that add a lot of interest to my songs.
* Experimenting with rhythmic delays: The delay section can be used to create rhythmic delays that sync to the tempo of the song. The sync options are well thought out and truly remarkable.

Another stellar plugin from Pulsar Modular. This is one beautifully sounding space plugin. I love the fact that you have a master wet/dry control, as well as wet/dry controls for the delay and reverb sections individually.
