This was a 3 camera shoot for me, and with 2 saxophones it was 6 video files to edit together. Canon EOS RP, Canon EOS 60D and GoPro Hero 7 Black. Microphones were a Rode Video Mic Pro and a Rode Video Micro. Audio mixed in Protools Ultimate. Video edited in Davinci Resolve 16.

How @ JCBigler is the GoPro Hero for use on IG, YT, etc. as I'm researching the Hero 8 to name a few.

I use the Hero 7 Black for some of my shots. It's been fine.

The attraction to the Hero 8 is that it has some of the extra mods but most of the mods are on permenant back order, like the mic mod which never made it to market.

The Hero 9 has the front facing screen like the Osmo Action. Which is a very useful tool for vlogging and self filming.

The colors on the stock GoPro settings are pretty saturated and take some work to match better with other cameras. I'm going to start shooting in the log format that they offer to grade easier.
