I am kind of used to have the computer on a side. Like in big studios do. It is on a wheeled table so I can pull it closer when I need to.

When I'm editing it is comfortable to have it close. And when I'm mixing I mainly use the C|24 as you would on an analog desk. I mean looking at the front.

Having said that, it is not the final layout cause the desk furniture is being built. So when it's done I'll figure out the best spot for the computer display and for this monitor speakers which are not set up properly yet for the same reason. I hope in a few weeks I'll get the desk. An argosy type or something like that.

I can't wait to see it finished and set.

The custom furniture for the C24 arrived a few weeks ago, so did the new racks, I got new taller ones due to lack of space, a bit slowly but gear keeps coming to fill the racks up, the speakers are finally at their final position and the studio lights are kinda done... for now...

right now I'm using the Apollo Quad analog outputs to a Dangerous D-Box summing, everything goes trough the patchbay so I insert everything there... very straight forward actually... As soon as I get a 16ch summing box, I'll use an Apogee DA16 that I have ready standing there to get more channels out of the Apollo.
