Friends, I am starting a new career that involves a move. I'm excited for the changes that life is offering me, but those changes mean that it's time for someone else to own this gem.

I am selling it "turnkey" with the gear... i.e. the buyer will be able to do sessions immediately.

Ah man, I remember following the build thread for 12th St years ago. It was great to follow along with.

If I only had 3 million sitting around... I hope somebody snatches this place up and keeps it going. I always wanted to come check the place out, but never got around to it.

Loved following the build thread for this years ago, such an awesome space. I'm surprised to see you letting it go, but I'm not surprised at the same time. I also got the hell out of Austin years ago, so I fully support that decision

I remember following this during a time i was in a divorce, had no home, and the best i could do audio wise was follow build threads. It gave me great ideas that raised the bar of my current hometheater.
