Made a video of me fixing my studio.

The floor was bad and it was not suppose to be a total makeover, but as we stripped the studio down we found mold behind the super chunks. So i descided to redo it as my understanding of acoustics have improved over the past 5 years. Been reading a lot.

Used icell batts as reflection absorbers. Mostly on a hunch. they had the same rayls as oc703 but i figured they might be too dense anyway. But they worked great.

Then i had this idea to put the kali in5s in a soft soffit situation. Because i wanted them further from my ears and that was the only place in this 9 square meter room. They are now covered in rockwool and the result is staggering. They sound so much better. I now hear every single nuance in the mix and mixes translate effortless. I’m thriller to work in there now.

I never took any photos, but my security cam was recording. So i stitched it together and made a video of it. Hope you like it.
