Our definitions of 'properly' are wildly, deeply divergent.
I've been living and working in the States for over 5 months now, so I'm afraid you're a little late for the party. Next time I move country I will be sure to take your advice and buy a multimillion dollar property on a skyscraper in a capital city somewhere. Or not.
ah , so here it is , the original poster ...
hmm, so how is it going ? stateside I mean , How is it going
Look , whats the view from your place ?
Sea view of miami beach or Central park like the one I choose ?
I would not do it any other way . You either go big and arrive in NYC and take the bull by the horns. You go there and you take whats yours. The money is there in the skyskrapers , you go in there and you take whats owed to you. I could have gone in there with just a battered old tape , a cassette tape made on a four track and made the money for my floor in the skyscraper overlooking central park. I dont care , I wanted it , I knew the money NYC had , and I came and took it. Thing is people have got their cards , their bonds , their real estate , and they are all looking to make more. You go in there and tell them what they need to hear , they dont even need to listen to the actual product , you can do it with negotiation. You should do it , do it properly.
