SKnote announces Etna-Q - Eight stereo channels, dynamic, active/passive equalizer.

SKnote announces Etna-Q: an analog, 8 stereo channels, motorised pots, total-recall, equalizer with dynamic mode, mixed active/passive circuits, inter-channel and inter-band ducking.

Main features:

⁃ Full-analog audio path, through Blackmer VCAs, with transformer inputs and electronically balanced outputs.
⁃ Eight motorised pots for EQ and parameters control and eight OLED displays for settings and metering.
⁃ Total recall, external interface/editor, MIDI standard interface, but completely independent from a workstation (works as a standalone unit).
⁃ Full dynamic option (EQ curve reacts to level) on each stereo channel (compression, limiting, expanding).
⁃ Mixed passive-active structure (per channel): passive hi-pass with transformer, three fully parametric active bands (dynamic), passive air band (dynamic).
⁃ Four “ducking” busses for unique interaction among tracks and bands, in any combination (e.g. incoming vocals duck guitars' mid band).
⁃ Tascam standard D-sub connectors for inputs and outputs.
⁃ Four rack-units, 24 cm deep, available with or without rack-wings (for desktop mounting).

Etna-Q is available for ordering, with a launch price tag of 2.500 USD/Euro.
