Dozens, including two which I sent to Berlin for evaluation in Neumann's anechoic chamber, where my subjective impressions were quantified, but the results were judged to be still within Neumann manufacturing tolerances (which is technically true).

And how big are the differences in numbers?
On average, ca. 3-4 dB@50Hz for the worst, less for others

And if I may ask, does this sub-chip and/or tight diaphragm affair also concern other models from the same era, e.g. the TLM103 (which likely wasn't fully discrete from the start)?
TLM103 does not use a K87, and also uses a transformerless chipped amplifier design with much more processing power and components than a U87 with its single active component. TLMs of all stripes tend to add electronic artifacts of a different nature than the components on the U87 sub-board do. As this is an entry-level model, I don't have much experience with it, and don't see enough of them to judge whether the K87 derivative went through the same tight bass period.
But in the other, high quality, and widely used capsule Neumann makes, the K47/49, I did not experience the degradation of low frequencies in capsules made during the period in question.
