Guys, you cant automate inserts on the master on the MPC One? Is that correct? Any workarounds sans recording into the box?

Am looking at getting an MPC One to replace the MV-1 as my hardware sequencing brain, (mainly due to my deteriorating eyesight and finding the MV's tiny screen less and less easy to navigate).,, and interested in the MPC's sampling abilities.

Odd question, and perhaps purely a placebo point, but does the standard black version in any way feel better to work with than the 'Retro' classic white version? (or vice versa). ie, does your attention focus more on the screen, rather than what is around it? buttons lit up on a black background as opposed to having a white background, (if that makes sense).


If I take the plunge, am in 2 minds which one to get. as I will be looking at this thing probably far more than any other piece of equipment I have.
