I just got the Arturia V Collection for $200 on promo and it's very impressive. It's got your virtual-analog itch pretty much scratched whatever which way you like.
I can also recommend XILS and U-He as solid virtual analog kind of stuff. As well as the NI stuff you already have, especially Massive and Monark (very Moogy, quite spooky really).
Maybe something simple like AAS Ultra Analog would be quite comparable to a MicroKorg. Or something cheap and simple like Audio Damage Basic for basic subtractive patches.
You would have to think Sylenth1, and every other million awesome VST, could work as well. Tough question.
