I've been unable to authorize a plugin I purchased for a week now.

When I login to my account, it says:

"For increased security, we have updated our password requirements. Your password has expired. Please select a new, unique password now."

When I attempt to do so, before I can even enter anything, it immediately says:

"Something went wrong, please try again or contact support if the problem persists."

When I email them, use thier contact form, I get:

"We have received your request and are working on responding to you as soon as possible. Due to our current promotion we are experiencing a higher volume than usual. If you have any additional information to add to this case, please reply to this email."

... then nothing for almost a week now.

Is anyone getting actual communication with them, or able to login?

Same here - went to get latest downloads and cannot login. Can still find the downloads page okay by Googling but still stuck in the loop as well. Are they still around?

Login and downloads working for me. I think they recently changed the downloads system. I went: soundtoys.com --> My Account (top right corner) --> My Products (default tab).

Download is available and works.

Good to know all is well. I have sent them a support ticket.

Yeah, they are definitely still with us lol... I checked last night and while I'm not having any problems, all my stuff was there on my account and downloadable etc and whatnot...

I think when the OP posted, they had just had a Black Friday/holiday giveaway of Phase Mistress or something, and in addition to one of their 50% off sales in terms of their whole package or something might have driven their traffic up...

I'm still waiting for that cool reverb they debuted at NAMM or any news on it regardless...

They move slow, but their movements are generally solid, so I'm not complaining much, as hell, I love my Soundtoys...
