I am attaching two wav fragments from a loopback test, made with lyra2 in Windows 10 and Windows 7. I did this because I suspected that the graphics driver error could also be an error that could negatively affect the sound of the lyra2 interface. In both examples, the original song and the recorded song are played simultaneously. I also did a loopback test with lyra2 on a laptop with Windows 10 to exclude other factors that could influence the recording. The result was similar, the sound is canceled if the original song and the recorded song are played simultaneously in Windows 10. In the end, I discovered that the sound recorded with lyra 2 in Windows 10 is out of sync, delayed by a few microseconds. The cancellation of frequencies is due to desynchronization, not to the difference in quality of the recorded sound. Although the PC with Windows 7 is significantly inferior to the one with Windows 10, the latency is double on the PC with Windows 7. I have communicated my situation several times to Prism Sound technical support, but I do not receive any explanation from them.
