I've been through the ringer for years (YEARS) when it comes to getting a Silicon update for the AAX version of SHOD (Sweet Honey Overdrive). Supposedly this was ready a couple years ago and I was told by the developer through back channels that I could access it via a certain link but despite asking multiple times never received the link, much less the Silicon update.

This is the only Sknote product I have so I'm wondering if there are others in this same boat. Or, better yet, is there a Silicon AAX available somewhere? The site only shows the five-year old Intel version.

I love this pedal, and the software sounded very good as well, so I'm hoping to get it back into my toolbox.

Or should I abandon all hope?

Don't use AAX here but gave up on them (AU) years ago. Buggy stuff - metering issues, plugins occasionally not passing audio. Deleted the several that I owned.

This is the general feedback I keep hearing when I dig into this topic. I've deleted my plugin as well but there have been times when the SHOD was what the doctor ordered. Also, I paid for it and don't like seeing $$ wasted for such ridiculous reasons.

The only SkNote tool I use is Soundbrigade and the new version crashes my computer.

Visionary developer and I believe good guy, just is always doing too many things….

I've got a roundtone and strip which I thought were outstanding plugins but just no updates and fixes.

Quinto seemed to move off into hardware - although I do see some new software products on his site....
