I don't want to bother my master engineer with this anymore.
The song loses quality when I import the mastering track into Logic Pro, add a track and bounce again. my mastering engineer also works with analog hardware.

The master will peak at nearly 0dB - adding more tracks will push you into the red - you need to drop the gain on the imported track and work from there.

Then you're doing something wrong. In that case I don't know how random people on the internet would be able to spot what you're doing wrong - could be a thousand things.
