How does one set up their monitor display like this? Is there a specific VESA mount/stand or is it DIY/modded?

New and haven't figured out how to post a pic, but check out Wearson. They make a bunch of low profile vesa stands. I have the WS-03T. Using it with a 27" monitor
No problem. I had this same question for years. I had mine propped up on a laptop stand. This thing is solid and all the angles are adjustable. I see low monitors all the time in studio photos. I've never heard anyone talk much about it. Happy to help.
