hi guys

i'm currently using zen studio (old version) and it has died on me

wanting to pickup a new one with high input count and really eyeing the presonus quantum 2626

my requirements are:
- high input count for a hardware synth based environment
- don't care for multiple pres
- limited outboard gear but would be nice to have some expandability (i have 16 slots of 500 series that are mostly empty right now)
- some tracking of vocals, electric and acoustic guitar, but no drums, no full band work for sure, more of a solo setup
- don't care for dsp effects
- would be really nice if it has db25 ins and outs to integrate into my db25 patchbay setup (or else will have to pay quite a lot for snakes to get my current setup working)

quantum 2626 sems spot on on my input count AND with a great price

some reservations are:
- no db25 ins / outs
- thunderbolt vs usb
- build quality / reliability
- drivers

any others i should be looking at? i can't find any at a reasonable price and the next jump (MOTU's) would be USD 1500+ levels
