I have an issue : my Roland TD-9 drum kit won't send midi to my Mac M1 nor receive it (although I don't care about receiving midi from my computer to my drums).

I bought this midi in/out cable from amazon to connect the 2 : https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B08D91448B?...t_details&th=1

To test the cable, I used the native Audio MIDI app, I can send midi and the little light on it blinks, but it won't trigger any sound from the kit. So I think the issue is from the kit.

I read every post and watched every video about this online, and nothing worked... If someone knows how to solve the issue, you're a life saver ! ♡
